Memorial Fund is a place to honor people and support their families. These guidelines help keep it kind, honest, and safe for everyone.
What Belongs Here
- Funds that honor a real person who has died, created by family or with the family's knowledge.
- Honest descriptions of how the money will be used.
- Memories, photos, and messages shared with kindness and respect.
What Is Not Allowed
- Fake or misleading funds, or funds for someone who has not died.
- Collecting money for a family without their knowledge or against their wishes.
- Hateful, harassing, threatening, or cruel content.
- Sexual or graphic content.
- Posting someone else's private information, like addresses or phone numbers, without permission.
- Spam, advertising, or links that promote products or services.
- Anything illegal, including using a fund to launder or move money.
How We Keep Pages Safe
Most memories post right away. Some may be held for a quick review, such as messages that include links. Fund managers can remove any memory from their page.
We may remove content, pause a fund, or close an account that breaks these guidelines. If money is involved in a fraudulent fund, we may work with Stripe to refund donors.
Report a Problem
If something looks wrong, use the Report this fund link on any fund page. We review every report.
