Questions From Funeral Directors
Does it cost the funeral home anything?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay. You can print as many cards as you like.
Can gifts be paid to the funeral home?
Not at this time. Gifts go to the family's bank account, and the family pays the funeral home directly.
Are gifts tax-deductible?
No. Gifts go to a family, not a charity. We say this clearly on every fund page so no one is surprised.
Who does the family call with questions?
Our Help Center answers most questions, and payouts are handled by Stripe. Your staff should not need to field support calls.
